Veterinary technicians are compassionate women and men who work to ensure the health and welfare of animals. Regardless of their position, they are committed to preserving and enhancing animal health. They are aware of the significance of welfare of animals. We highly encourage students to participate in internship opportunities so they are able to receive hands on experience in this profession. In the year of 2020-2022 9 students have received their TVMA certification as Certified Veterinary Assistants. All of them have scored high scores on their exam and we wish them luck on their future endeavors. We have hired a total of 6 out of 9 of our certified students. Internship opportunities lead to many job opportunities. We highly encourage women and people of color to participate in our job/internship opportunities.
